I
come away from this class learning that action research is a tool that I can
utilize to continue to grow professionally and learn. It will allow me to examine my practice not
in isolation but within a collaboration of peers that will be able to assist me
as I progress through my graduate work and beyond. Throughout this program the practice of
reflection will help guide my learning.
This is a process that is not linear but cyclical and continuous for my
own improvement as an educator and administrator. My action research project is not an end but
a beginning to becoming “head” learner.
